2021 Hyundai Venue Engine, transmission & Performance
You have three engine options to select from. The Hyundai is offering 2 petrol and 1 diesel engine in Venue. You can choose according to your need. The first option is a 1.2L petrol engine with Kappa dual VTVT technology. The 1.2L petrol engine supplies a maximum power of 83PS at 6000rpm while delivers a maximum torque of 11.6kgm (113Nm) at 4000rpm. The engine is sufficient to satisfy your daily city commute. Even delivering a good amount of mileage. The 1.2L engine comes mated with a 5-speed manual transmission.
The other option is a 1.0L, Kappa turbo petrol GDi engine. As you can see it a turbo and hence delivers a slightly greater amount of power than the previous one. With this engine, Venue churns out a max power of 120PS with max torque of 17.5Kgm (172Nm). The turbo petrol engine has the option of choosing a transmission system from 6-speed manual, 7-speed DCT Automatic and iMT (intelligent Manual Transmission).
The diesel lovers can buy the Hyundai Venue with a 1.5L, U2 CRDi diesel engine. The diesel engine is capable of producing 100PS of max power which is less than the turbo petrol engine. However, It delivers a max torque of 24.5Kgm (240 Nm) which is the highest of all three. The diesel engine also has only a 6-speed manual transmission system.

The Hyundai venue has a very aggressive grille design. This design has a bold mesh pattern and dark chrome. This addition gives a very premium appeal.
