2021 Hyundai Alcazar has finally launched in the Indian market. It is very beautifully crafted and designed. At first glance, 3-row SUV looks like an extended version of Creta. It is a 3 row SUV. It has a super spacious cabin. This car has a perfect mixture of ease, comfort, and performance.

2021 Hyundai Alcazar Engine & Performance

The 2021 Hyundai Alcazar offers 1 petrol engine and 1 diesel engine option under its hood. The diesel variant has a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel CRDi engine under its hood. This engine could generate a maximum power of 115 hp and 250 Nm of torque. 

The petrol variant draws its power from a 2.0-litre petrol MPi engine. This produces a maximum power of 159 hp and a peak torque of 192 Nm. Both the engines will give an amazing performance with a thrilling and exciting driving experience. 

Both the engines are mated with a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission. This transmission offers smooth and quick gear shifts. The Hyundai Alcazar is heavy and quick in its kind. The engines are very smooth and flexible.

The Hyundai Alcazar offers 3 driving modes. These driving modes include- Eco Mode, City Mode, and Sport Mode. It also offers 3 traction modes. It includes- Snow mode, Sand mode, and Mud mode.

Hyundai Alcazar Exteriors

The Hyundai Alcazar has a very high-end appearance, with premium styling and design. A very distinct identity is given to this machine. To give this machine a very premium look from the front part, the grille is Chrome studded. The fog lamps look very different. 18-inch alloy wheels are provided. It has one of the longest wheelbases which is 2760 mm. These wheels make a huge difference and give a new look to this car. The Alcazar has a smart panoramic sunroof with voice commands. This feature will enable you to operate your sunroof with your own voice. The puddle lamps project the Hyundai logo as a welcome greet to its passengers. To provide more comfort to the passengers it offers a side footstep. It offers redesigned LED tail lamps and tailgates.

Interiors

The Hyundai Alcazar is a three-row 6 or 7 seat SUV. To protect the passengers from direct sunlight, it offers rear window sunshades and a front-row sliding sun visor. It comes up with an air purifier with an AQI display to have a very healthy cabin environment. 64 colors of ambient lighting to set a different mood as you like. It has a front-row sit-back table. This table has a cup holder along with an IT device holder. The second row has a one-touch tumble captain and split seats. The interiors have a premium dual-tone cognac brown. It has a super spacious cabin. The Hyundai Alcazar had made sure to offer premium quality features and equipment.  

Infotainment & Connectivity

For the infotainment purpose, the Hyundai Alcazar offers a 10-inch infotainment screen, with a wireless charging feature. It is also equipped with wireless charging pads for the first and second-row passengers. 

To make your ride very entertaining and exciting, the Bose comes up with a 8 speaker sound system.

The Hyundai Alcazar has a lot of safety features. It includes- airbags, rear parking camera, front as well as rear parking sensors and Isofix child seat anchorage points. 

2021 Hyundai Alcazar has everything of top-notch quality be it interior decoration to entertainment to safety. The only thing it lags is the engine power. Considering the size of this SUV, the power its engine delivers is quite less as compared to other SUVs of the same price segment. MG Hector Plus, Tata Safari, and Jeep Compass deliver 170PS of power which quite higher than the upcoming Hyundai Alcazar.

The Hyundai Alcazar will be available in 8 variants. It is mostly seen as an extended version of its younger sibling, Creta. After its launch it will go up against- MG Hector Plus, Mahindra XUV500, Toyota Innova Crysta, and Tata Safari
