2021 Audi R8 Spyder engine and performance
The 2021 Audi R8 Spyder is powered by a 532 HP, 5.2 liter V10 FSI engine. The engine churns out 532 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. On the other hand, the AWD Quattro performance model creeps onto the figure of 602 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. In both the Supercars the power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The AWD Quattro R8 Spyder goes from 0 mph to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds. While the RWD variant is just a few seconds late. The RWD variant runs from 0 mph to 60 mph in mere 3.7 seconds. The AWD Quattro could reach up to the top speed of 200 mph, while the RWD variant could also go up to 200 mph.
According to the EPA reports, the RWD trim manages 14 mpg in cities, 23 mpg in highways, and 17 mpg combined. In the AWD Performance Model, it manages to get 13 mpg in cities, 20 mpg in highways, and 16 mpg in combined.
2021 Audi R8 Spyder exterior looks
