The 2021 Aprilia Rs 660 is expected to launch by July 2021. The bookings of the bike had already begun for the European Markets, a few months back and the delivery will be done by the end of May. It is Aprilia’s first middle-weight superbike. The Superbike has got a very innovative and magnificent design. The sporty sleek bike brings the track experience to the road. You could easily spot this modern, dynamic sports bike.
The 2021 Aprilia RS 660 gears a triple headlight extending towards its visor. This has been a very important part of the Aprilia bikes since 1998. The bike looks more compact from the front because of the side DRL lights. Positioned around the 2 main lights. The turn indicators built into the 2 DRL profiles. The bike also comes fitted with a twilight sensor to automatically activate the low beam lights in case of emergency braking. The superbike looks aggressive with the LED headlamps with cornering lights. There are sharp lines and creases on the fuel tank while making the RS 660 bolder. The slightly raised clip-on handlebars give a more upright riding position. That makes the ride more comfortable.

Engine and Performance
This racing bike from Aprilia extracts its power from a 660 CC, parallel-twin motor engine. This generates up to 100 bhp. This gives a very thrilling and exciting experience. It has inherited many characteristics from the Aprilia V4 model. It grinds out 101 PS and 67 Nm. The rigid and lightweight bike provides a very pleasant experience to the rider. The Aprilia RS 660 has borrowed the APRC electronic control package from the V4 model. This package includes cruise control, cornering abs, wheel control, engine brakes, 5 ride modes, and a 2-way quick shifter. The 5 riding modes are- Commute, Individual, Dynamic, Challenge, and Time Attack. It is also geared with a Bluetooth-enabled 5 inch TFT screen which has 2 display options.
The Kayaba inverted forks up front and a mono-shock at the rear handle the suspension duties on the Aprilia RS 660. It has got a 6-speed gearbox, with a very smooth clutch and a standard bi-directional quick shifter. It has radially mounted calipers stuck on the twin 320 mm discs up front and a 220 mm disc at the rear. Aprilia RS 660 accompanied by a standard 3 level cornering ABS.
It is offered in very special and bold color schemes. It is provided in 3 distinctive colors. These 3 colors are- Apex Black, Lava Red, and Acid Gold. Each of these colors has a unique identity. The red and purple paint on black color was inspired by the RS 250 Replica Motorcycle.

The Aprilia RS 660 is expected to arrive in India by the beginning of July 2021. The expected price range is between Rs 9,50,000 to Rs 10,50,000. After the arrival of the bike, it will face a lot of rivals. It will have to compete with powerful Honda CBR650R, Yamaha YZF R7, Triumph Speed Triple RS, Kawasaki Z 900, BMW F 900 R, and also Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX.
