Royal Enfield’s flagship motorbike, the Super Meteor 650, now sports a new Wingman linked function. This new unique function will be integrated into the existing Royal Enfield mobile application, improving connectivity and offering important details about the rider’s bike.
Here’s a rundown of all the new Royal Enfield Wingman features.
Live Tracking: This feature allows motorcyclists to track their motorcycles’ current position.
Last Parking position: With a GPS accuracy tolerance of 20 to 200 meters and Google Maps navigation, cyclists may simply recover the last parked position of their bikes.
Vehicle Alert: This feature keeps users up to date on the state of their bike by delivering real-time information on the fuel level, battery %, and general health of the bike.
Trip Summary: It will provide riders access to all of the important information regarding their journeys over the previous three months, such as trip route, average speed, unexpected braking, speeding incidents, and acceleration.
Grid Support: Any potential malfunction in the motorbike that causes immobility will be handled by the GRID staff by arranging Roadside Assistance (RSA). However, it is worth mentioning that GRID assistance will be available between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., whereas RSA help will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 purchasers will have this function pre-enabled with a 5-year data subscription. Existing customers, on the other hand, may retrofit the function at their local Royal Enfield service facility for Rs 6,500, plus installation charges. This will contain a dongle, as well as a data plan and Roadside Assistance.
