In India, the Scout is the first to have a liquid-cooled engine. It is powered by an 1133 cc, liquid-cooled, V twin engine that generates a max power of 100bhp and a max torque of 97Nm at 5600rpm. This engine provides an outstanding riding experience. It manages to deliver good fuel efficiency. This bike is very agile along with light-weighted chassis. It delivers punchy acceleration to compete or pass anyone.
The 1133 CC liquid-cooled engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. It has a great suspension, to boost up the confidence of the rider. It has a very light weighted chassis. This allows it to use this vehicle for hectic free daily rides. It has got a telescopic fork at the rear. Dual shock absorbers are also included.
The 16-inch wheels also help to have better gripping and handling of the bike. The front-wheel comes along with a 130/90 section tyre. While the rear wheel has a 150/80 section tyre. The bike has 298 mm disc brakes at the front and rear. This disc brake gives very smooth handling and comfort. It also helps in having amazing gripping and control of the speed of the bike. 2021 Indian Motorcycle Scout comes in two variants, with and without ABS. The Non-ABS version comes only in a thunder-black color-painted body. While the ABS version has 7-color schemes to chose from that include four single metallic colors and three dual-tone colors.
